Welcome to 'Human Resources'

I agree  with the Captain on this one.  If we dissolved every HR department in America, that alone, could just possibly save business.  HR is like having a portion of the government in your private business enterprise, only worst, because they cost you money AND reduce the company's efficiency.  I have my own stories about HR, but you have probably heard it all before.
